"October, 2005 to January, 2008 was a time that consisted of ten family deaths/injuries and the loss of my neighbor from home, university roommate and best friend, Amber.

All this trauma build up has caused me great pain throughout my back and neck.  I have tried all sorts of therapy from physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, exercise, stretches, cupping, and grief counseling.  But the pain always remained.  It was frustrating to me, as a young woman to be claiming to have pain and never really having an explanation as to what was causing it.  The best explanation I received was from my chiropractor who told me about trauma due to whiplash etc. which I appreciated.  But otherwise I was always treated as a patient who needed to be hurried along to get to the next patient.

I am a 64 year old female rancher.  I suffered from my esophagus being stressed where it passes through my diaphragm causing acid reflux or Hiatus Hernia for more than a year.  I also suffered from a very nervous feeling in my stomach causing problems while eating sometimes to the point where I could not eat at all.  By Mr. Gadica’s treatment of deep stretches to relax the muscles the esophagus goes back in place and I get relief up to six months at a time.

Due to surgery I have had which has damaged my lymphatic system, I often experience a feeling similar to having a sock with a ball in it hanging under my arm.  This is not only uncomfortable but sometimes painful.  I have been seeing Murray for lymphatic drainage.  When I leave the treatment I feel so much better, the swelling under my arm is minimal and it stays that way for some time.  Murray also odes deep massage which enables me to turn my neck to the normal range with no pain or stiffness.

“I have always been a believer in holistic therapies but a recent experience involving the combined therapies of Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage at the hands of Murray Gadica firmly anchored that belief.

For three years prior to my session with Murray I have been either pregnant or nursing one of my two young daughters.  I was 35 years old when I started having children and am finding that the process of childrearing had put enormous stress on my physical body.  I came to Murray with hopes of finding relief for back pain, which I believe was associated with some stomach problems I was having.  I wanted to know if visceral manipulation would help.  Murray performed a combination of visceral manipulation, craniosacral and lymph drainage therapies on me producing absolutely remarkable and surprising results.  I don’t know if it was just the visceral manipulation or all the therapies combined that gave me the instant relief I experienced but whatever it was it was amazing.

"I dove off an Olympic sized diving board, without any idea of the proper form.  To the spectators my dive looked fine but when I hit the water my head slammed to one side causing instant whiplash and sprain to many muscles in my neck.  My hockey and training ceased and therapy began.  The following morning I saw a doctor at 6 in the morning and was put on Tylenol 3 and an anti-inflammatory.  I received acupuncture, reflexology, chiropractic, physical therapy and massage.  After being allowed to finally go back and play hockey my neck was fine but still got sore after a hard workout.
